About the event
It’s that time of the year again!
Our goal as a church family is to assemble 15 baskets for families who otherwise would not have the opportunity to have a Thanksgiving dinner. On the flip side of this page is a list of food items that you can start collecting. If you would like to assemble an entire basket or bring a few items for a basket, your help is appreciated. Once again, we are aiming for 15 baskets, but if you are compelled to give more, Amen! Some affordable places to shop are Aldi’s & Pricerite, and Wegmans. Look for specials in your local paper, a lot of stores have these items on sale during this time of year. Please bring all items to church on Sunday, November 24th to be collected before service. Thank you so much for your participation!
“You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.”
